Mr. Bosch’s spirit and determination have led him through highly challenging experiences such as 9 “Dakar”, one of them in a 100% electric car; crossing Antarctica, around 716 miles without any help; climbing the 7 highest mountains of each of the 7 continents, known as the “7 Summits”. He is the proprietor of Invergroup, company engaged in the management and promotion of energy and environmental projects. Mr. Bosch has published 4 books: “The explorer of the future”, “Live to feel alive”, “The value of travel” and “Adventurous spirit”. He is an experienced lecturer in leadership, change management, team management and motivation.
Marilena Beuses
As a former executive in Fortune 500 companies, Marilena understand how to make business profits through investment in developing executive top talent. She’s part of a network of over 100 coaches all over the world with multiple languages and business experiences, from startups to large size businesses. Marilena has more than 25 years of experience as coach and high-level executive. Her vision is to build a world in which we can be diverse and help sustain healthy business and development practices. Some of her specialties include cross-cultural contexts, women in leadership, entrepreneurs, management training, team coaching, boards of directors and international HR.

Renowned Hollywood actress and Top Model. Ms. Velazquez has a great passion and commitment to society, childhood and minority rights. Founder and director of the Wayuu Foundation. International lecturer at Stanford University and Ted Talks, among others. Awarded with recognitions by the Organization of American States and the United Nations for her work in the defense of minority rights.
