Mr. Bosch’s spirit and determination have led him through highly challenging experiences such as 9 “Dakar”, one of them in a 100% electric car; crossing Antarctica, around 716 miles without any help; climbing the 7 highest mountains of each of the 7 continents, known as the “7 Summits”. He is the proprietor of Invergroup, company engaged in the management and promotion of energy and environmental projects. Mr. Bosch has published 4 books: “The explorer of the future”, “Live to feel alive”, “The value of travel” and “Adventurous spirit”. He is an experienced lecturer in leadership, change management, team management and motivation.
Elaine King
Expert in family finances, succession planning and family governance. As advisor. Ms. King has guided enterprising families on financial education, patrimony planning, social impact and family governance. She has experience in mediation and is a prominent lecturer. Author of several books, such as “Happy couples, accounts in order”, and “The secret of happy couples and money”. Graduate of the Bowen Center for the Study of the Family and credited with the Certificate in Family Business from the Family Firm Institute.

Renowned Hollywood actress and Top Model. Ms. Velazquez has a great passion and commitment to society, childhood and minority rights. Founder and director of the Wayuu Foundation. International lecturer at Stanford University and Ted Talks, among others. Awarded with recognitions by the Organization of American States and the United Nations for her work in the defense of minority rights.

Paula Rincón
Expert on the guidance of the dynamics of enterprising families’ dynamics during conflict resolution and negotiation processes, as well as on the creation of family and business strategies for legacy transmission. In her professional career, Ms. Rincón has guided family performance within the corporate governance bodies, aiming for the strengthening and cohesion of the family system as well as the long term success and continuity of businesses. She is a clinical psychologist, trained in negotiation at the Harvard Law School. Credited with the Family Business Advisor from the Family Firm Institute (FFI). Member of the FFI Ibero-American Study Group for Enterprising Families.
